Oshiyo, Maburiga (greetings in Cherokee & Garifuna). I am Feerce Truth-Seeker. I am Arawak/Kalinago/Garifuna on my maternal line & Cherokee/Southern Blackfoot on my paternal line. DNA results have connected my paternal line also to the Mayan & Pima tribes. I have been walking the red road for three decades.

Another great accomplishment on my resume is being one of the organizers of New York City's very first annual Indigenous Peoples of the Americas Parade, alongside Firebird Graywolf, the parade visionary. I have done extensive research on indigenous American history in libraries, museums and at Powwows. My field work also includes fact finding research on the African continent. My archives are also stocked with countless interviews with indigenous American elders.
